Our investment in technology provides our clients with the distinct competitive edge of real-time information reporting and responsive cost-effective fulfillment. We have over 4,000 pallet locations, in addition to thousands of forward mini-locations for frequently fulfilled items. Our transaction based systems enable our customers to view inventory in real time, at any time. Reports can be dynamically generated automatically and downloaded in customerfriendly file formats 24/7 for both components and kits. All products received into the Fulfillment Center undergo spot inspections to verify product count, part number, integrity, and quality of product. As part of our receiving procedure we assign a part number to the product if one does not already exist. This enables us to internally track all parts through our inventory management system. All parts are barcode labeled with part number, part description, date of receipt, and customer details on the label. These labels are applied to the outside of every carton or pallet.
